Youth First is dedicated to reducing youth substance abuse.
Because so much of what our children learn is by example, it is
critical to treat adult substance abuse as well.
Employers are on the front line of this battle.
If you as an employer suspect an employee of having a drug or alcohol abuse problem, consider not only the damaging effects he or she can have on the workplace, but also take a minute to think about the damage being done at home.
