Youth First, Inc. is the leading provider of research proven prevention and early intervention programs and services in Evansville, Indiana and surrounding communities.

The not-for-profit agency uses comprehensive, collaborative, regional, research-based, and sustained strategies to reduce the risk factors and increase the protective factors associated with teen substance abuse.

Since Dr. William Wooten, an addictions specialist, founded Youth First in 1998, services have grown exponentially.  In 2002, the agency’s programs touched 5,000 lives.  Now Youth First reaches more than 20,000 youth, parents, and other adults at well over a 100 sites.
