Teen Substance Abuse Improves in Southwest Indiana

The latest survey of nearly 6,000 area teens shows improvement in the prevalence of substance abuse in Southwest Indiana, according to Youth First, Inc. Though substance abuse continues to be a serious problem among area youth, local rates are dropping and moving closer to the national average than in previous surveys. (more)
